  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  3. Combine frozen fruits and coconut milk in blender or food processor.
  4. Blend on high.

  1. Peel and freeze bananas ahead of time.
  2. Freeze blueberries ahead of time.
  3. Combine ingredients in food processor or high-speed blender and blend on high. You may need to pause device and push frozen fruit into blades in order to combine.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Scoop nice-cream directly into serving bowls. Or, for a firmer nice-cream, scoop into a metal bowl and place in freezer for 15-30 minutes, stir, and serve.
  6. Enjoy! Top with fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or your favorite whole-plant food topping.
