A large bowl of blueberry nice-cream made from purely fruits and seeds makes an excellent filling, hydrating, and nutritious breakfast that's especially good for the brain.
Combine ingredients in food processor or high-speed blender and blend on high. You may need to pause device and push frozen fruit into blades in order to combine.
Blend until smooth.
Scoop nice-cream directly into serving bowls. Or, for a firmer nice-cream, scoop into a metal bowl and place in freezer for 15-30 minutes, stir, and serve.
